I set up collaboration between people who speak different languages: science, business, public administration — and art. Projects like these rarely break down over technology. More often they break down because each side understands the purpose of the meeting differently. That is where I start.

I work on how teams talk about their ideas — with methods from theatre and choreography, tested on stage rather than on slides.

Who I am
I started out as a choreographer and director. For years I researched how theatrical experience is made — in Poland, Denmark and Canada — and how to describe creative processes with the tools of cognitive science, cognitive psychology and anthropology.
Today I run the Technology Transfer Centre at the University of Łódź — a team of nine and about as many again across projects — and I ask the same questions: what makes an idea work outside the room where it was born. The answer, it turns out, rarely lies in the technology. Almost always it lies in the people and the way they communicate.

Art as a tool for innovation
I lead a project in which artists, researchers and business practitioners take on concrete challenges facing business and social organisations, tied to the crises of wellbeing, technology, security, climate and communication.
The PEREBEL method is developed with the University of Łódź Foundation, supported by the Minister of Education and Science and the City of Łódź.

W ramach projektu Łódzka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna wraz z Partnerami wspiera małe i średnie firmy w transformacji cyfrowej, proponując następujące typy usług:
- szkolenia, demonstracje, wdrożenia,
- rozwój kompetencji,
- usługi Test Before Invest,
- wsparcie w szukaniu źródeł finansowania projektów cyfryzacyjnych,
- działania związane z budowaniem lokalnych ekosystemów innowacji.
Grupa docelowa dla Rethink Digital Hub to 80 MŚP z obszaru całej Polski. Efektem Projektu będzie podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych i wdrożenie rozwiązań cyfryzacyjnych w 80 MŚP, które skorzystają z usług w zakresie nowoczesnych technologii, oferowanych w ramach projektu.
